Three steps to a fuller booking diary
First, you tell us the suburbs you cover. If they are available, they are locked to you and we will not take on a competing detailer in that patch.
Second, we generate the enquiries - search campaigns, local listings and landing pages built around what detailing customers actually type into Google, not what sounds good in a pitch deck.
Third, you get the call. Every enquiry is sent to your phone and email as it comes in, with the customer details and what they are after. How it works in detail.
Why detailers work with us
Most lead providers sell the same enquiry to several businesses at once. You end up as the third person to ring, the customer is already irritated, and the conversation is about price. That race to the bottom is the thing we are built to avoid.
Exclusivity is the constraint that makes the rest of it work. One detailer per territory means fewer clients for us and more enquiries for you, and it means we cannot quietly grow our revenue by signing your competitor two suburbs over.
You also keep the customer. Once you have detailed someone's car, that relationship is yours - their details in your system, your reminders, your repeat work. Some arrangements keep the customer with the provider, which turns a one-off cost into a permanent tax on your own book.
What it costs
Pricing depends on the size of the area you want and how competitive detailing is there. A single-suburb operator in a regional town and a mobile detailer covering half of Melbourne are not the same job, so we quote per territory rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all number.
What we will tell you up front, before you commit: how many detailing searches happen in your area each month, roughly what share of those we expect to reach, and what an enquiry should cost you. If the numbers do not work for your margins, we will say so. Our guide to buying detailing leads sets out what a fair price actually looks like, including when the answer is to not buy at all.
Frequently asked questions
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You can stop the service whenever it stops making sense for your business - most operators stay because the work keeps coming, not because they are contractually stuck.
Will you work with my competitors?
Not in your area. Once you have engaged us for a territory, that territory is yours for as long as you are with us. We will decline a detailer in the same patch, which is the whole point of buying exclusive rather than shared leads.
How long before leads start coming in?
Allow about ten business days for setup. That covers building the landing pages, getting your local listing right and starting the campaigns. Search-driven enquiries build from there rather than arriving all at once on day one.
How do the leads reach me?
By SMS and email the moment they come in, with the customer name, phone number and what they have asked for. You call them back yourself - we do not sit between you and your customer.
Are these leads shared with other detailers?
No. Every enquiry generated in your territory goes to you alone. That is different from most lead marketplaces, where the same enquiry is sold to three or four businesses and whoever calls first wins.
Is Advantage Detail an Australian business?
Yes. We are Australian owned and operated, and we only work with detailing businesses operating in Australia.
